Quick answer

01

Six services, and how they fit together

Most families arrive needing one thing and discover they need three. A student has a shortlist but no idea whether the grades qualify. Another has an offer and a visa deadline four weeks away. A third has everything except the funding.

So the six services below are deliberately separate. Use the whole chain from first call to campus arrival, or come to us for the single stage where you are stuck. There is no package you have to buy in order to get help with one thing.

One Dubai-based team keeps your case coordinated throughout, working from our Oud Metha office rather than handing your file to an outside agency. How much dedicated adviser time you get depends on the plan you choose.

02

Career and course counselling

This is the stage that decides everything after it, and the one most often rushed. A shortlist built on rankings alone tends to produce offers you cannot fund, or a country whose work rules never suited the plan.

We start with your grades, your budget and what you want to be doing five years out, then work outwards to the courses and countries that fit. That usually means naming options you had not considered, and setting aside one or two you had your heart on. Where a destination is wrong for your field, we say so before you spend anything.

03

University applications and documents

Small inconsistencies can weaken an otherwise competitive application. A name spelled differently across a passport and a transcript, an attestation done in the wrong order, a reference that arrives after the deadline.

We prepare and check the file: forms, attested academic documents, and the supporting written material. Your statement of purpose is coached, structured and edited with you — you remain the author, because admissions officers can tell. References are coordinated and checked against the application requirements, with the named referee responsible for what they write. Attestation rules depend on where you studied before, so we confirm what applies to your documents before you start collecting.

04

Scholarships and funding

Many merit awards are assessed during admission, while others have separate deadlines that fall earlier still. A few open only after you hold an offer. Which pattern applies varies by country and by institution, so each award has to be checked before you submit the university application, not after.

We identify which awards you are eligible for, when each closes and what the application needs. Awards tied to Grade 12 results are common in several destinations and are usually the most predictable, though this varies. Fully funded places exist but are genuinely competitive, so we build a plan that works without one and treat any award as a bonus rather than a budget line.

05

Language-test guidance

Test requirements vary by university and by programme, and some institutions accept a medium-of-instruction letter instead of a test. We check what your shortlist actually requires before you book anything, because an unnecessary test is a wasted fee and a wasted month.

Where a test is needed, we advise on which one your shortlist accepts, when to sit it so the result arrives before your deadlines, and what score band each programme expects.

Student-visa guidance

Every country runs its own system and the rules move. What stays constant is that a visa file has to answer the questions the caseworker is actually asking, with evidence in the format that country accepts.

We prepare the file and check your financial evidence against current requirements, then guide you through booking and confirm the appointment and documents meet the route's rules. We do not promise outcomes, because the decision belongs to the relevant immigration authority and no consultancy controls it. If you need a visit visa rather than a student visa, that is a separate service we also run.

Pre-departure support

Once the offer and visa are in place, the last stage is practical: accommodation, insurance, banking, what to pack and what to do in the first week.

We brief you before you fly and stay reachable once you land. Most questions in the first month are small and easily answered by someone who has handled them before.

Destinations we cover

The country decides your fees, your visa route and your right to work after graduating — each guide sets out what it actually requires.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers from our Dubai counsellors. No pressure. No sales pitch.

No. Take the whole chain or a single stage. Most families start with counselling and continue through, but plenty arrive with an offer already in hand and only need the visa file prepared, or have everything sorted except the funding. Tell us where you are stuck and we will quote for that stage alone.

Yes, and there is no obligation afterwards. We use it to understand your grades, budget and goals, and to tell you what is realistic. If your plan does not need us, or would be better served by a different route, we will say so in that meeting rather than after you have paid.

Start nine to twelve months before most intakes. Allow twelve to eighteen months for highly competitive courses, major scholarship rounds, portfolio submissions or substantial test preparation. Coming later does not make an application impossible, but it narrows which universities and which funding remain open to you.
