- Academic details you share for admission counselling (grades, transcripts, test scores).
- Passport & financial documents you share for visa filing (only when engaged as our client).
- Website usage data (cookies, IP, browser type) for analytics.
3. How we use your information
- To provide counselling, admission and visa services you request.
- To share your application with the universities you shortlist.
- To respond to enquiries and improve our service.
- To send optional updates about intakes, scholarships and events.
4. Sharing your information
We share your data only with universities you apply to, embassies for visa processing, and trusted service providers (housing, forex, insurance) with your consent. We do not sell your data.
5. Data retention
We keep client files for up to 5 years after the last engagement, or as required by law. Enquiry-only data is deleted within 24 months.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admission@stanfordglobaleducation.com.
