Terms and Conditions

The agreement between you and Stanford Global Education when you use this website or engage our services.

  • Updated August 2026
  • Dubai · Oud Metha
  • UAE law applies

By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry or engaging us as your consultant, you accept the terms below. They set out what we deliver, what we need from you, how fees work, and the limits of our responsibility for decisions made by universities and embassies.

01

What we provide

Stanford Global Education is a Dubai-based educational consultancy operating from Office No 203 B, 2nd Floor, Business Atrium Building, Oud Metha, Dubai. Our services include:

  • Career and course counselling for UAE-based students and families.
  • University shortlisting and end-to-end admission handling.
  • SOP, LOR and document preparation and review.
  • Student visa documentation and interview preparation.
  • Scholarship guidance, education loan referrals and pre-departure briefings.
02

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to contract with us directly. Applicants under 18 may be represented by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for all fees and communications.

03

Your responsibilities

  • Provide truthful, complete and current academic, financial and personal information.
  • Submit original, unaltered documents — we do not process falsified records under any circumstances.
  • Meet the deadlines your counsellor shares for documents, fees and interviews.
  • Respond promptly to university or embassy communications routed through us.
  • Keep us informed of changes to your passport, visa status or contact details.
04

Fees and payments

Your first counselling session is free. Where a paid package applies, the fee, scope and schedule are confirmed in writing before payment. University application fees, tuition deposits, embassy fees and test fees are payable directly to those organisations and are separate from our service fee. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

05

No guarantee of admission or visa

We prepare every application to the highest standard, but admission offers, scholarships and visa approvals are granted solely by universities and government authorities. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome, processing time or scholarship amount, and no counsellor is authorised to promise one on our behalf.

06

Intellectual property

All text, guides, imagery, page designs and country resources on this website are owned by Stanford Global Education. You may read and share links freely, but copying, republishing or reusing our content commercially without written permission is not permitted.

07

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us for the specific engagement concerned. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party decisions or delays — including universities, embassies, visa centres, insurers, airlines or accommodation providers — or from information you supplied that was incomplete or inaccurate.

08

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai. Questions about these terms can be sent to admission@stanfordglobaleducation.com or +971 58 648 2330.

This document is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. Admission, scholarship and visa decisions always rest with the university or government authority concerned.
