Stanford Global Education provides study-abroad counselling, university admission support, visa documentation, scholarship guidance and pre-departure services. Final admission and visa decisions rest with universities and embassies.
2. Fees & refunds
Counselling first sessions are complimentary. Paid packages are quoted upfront; refund terms are stated per engagement letter. University and government fees are non-refundable once paid to the third party.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete academic and personal information.
- Meet deadlines shared by our counsellors.
- Respond promptly to embassy or university communications routed via us.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee university admission, scholarship awards or visa approvals. We commit to preparing your applications to the highest standard.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by Stanford Global Education. You may not copy or republish without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific engagement. We are not liable for third-party (university, embassy, insurer) decisions or delays.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
